To qualify for a refund, we may request clear photo or video evidence showing how the product was used and why it didn’t meet expectations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Have a return request submitted within 15 days of delivery
If your return qualifies:
Email our team with a photo of the unopened item.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund of the product subtotal (excluding shipping).

🚚 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
